Community copies + the second thing.

Hi :)
Because October Rust is no longer as effectively free game (from PWYW to set 5$ price), I decided to offer you a "Community Copies" option. I hope it works as intended.
Also, first supplement to October Rust is close to be finished - it awaits second copyediting round, then it's just about putting the text correctly into already made DTP template.
